The Jumpman Invitational brings college basketball’s elite to Charlotte for two days of can’t-miss competition! Get all the information you need below to ensure you are in attendance.
The Charlotte Sports Foundation, in collaboration with the Spectrum Center, is committed to the safety of our fans and giving each attendee an unforgettable experience.
All entry to Spectrum Center events require mobile tickets. All users can access and manage their tickets through the free Charlotte Sports Foundation Mobile App with screen shares below. Mobile ticketing will allow ticket holders to conveniently manage, transfer (forward), or sell tickets and will aid in efforts to reduce the risk of lost or counterfeit tickets.
Spectrum Center is adopting a mobile ticket initiative to ensure the safety and security of tickets. Some of the benefits of mobile tickets are:
No. We are replacing the print-at-home PDF ticket option with mobile ticketing. PDF tickets will no longer be valid for entry.
We ask the guest to visit Ticket Resolution at the Arena on event day.
The recipient can accept their tickets via computer, however they will need to go to the Ticket Office at Spectrum Center on Game Day. A printed ticket will NOT be available prior to Game Day. It is also important that the recipient accepts their tickets prior to arriving at Spectrum Center to avoid delay.
Ensure that the recipient has received the “Accept Tickets” email. If they have not, you’ll need to cancel the transfer and resend it. Make sure their email address is spelled correctly when transferring. If they have received the “Accept Tickets” email, refer them to our Mobile Ticket Guide.
We ask the guest to visit Ticket Resolution at the Arena on event day.
No. Screenshots of tickets or any ticket produced by an unauthorized source will not be accepted. You can access your tickets through the CSF App, or on the Account Manager page on your phone’s browser, or from your “Apple Wallet” (if you have an iPhone).
Everyone will have to download the Charlotte Sports Foundation App to have their tickets on their mobile device.
Yes. When accessing your tickets through your account, tap on the game, and you will be able to swipe right to left through your available tickets. We strongly encourage saving your tickets to your phone’s Wallet or Passbook prior to game day.
Some Androids do not have the ability to add to the mobile wallet at this point. You can find your barcode using the CSF Mobile App. You can also log on to your Account Manager using the web browser.
You can always access your tickets via your phone’s mobile browser. You can login and access your tickets via your Account Manager.
The process to transfer a ticket has not changed. However, the recipient will only be able to access tickets for entry via mobile device. The ability to print tickets at home (a PDF) is no longer available. We encourage you to communicate in advance with whomever you may transfer tickets to and make sure they have a smartphone device to accept and view tickets.
Every fan needs to present a ticket to enter the Spectrum Center. If your party is not with you, you are able to transfer the ticket to them via your smartphone so they may enter separately.
Yes, there is no limit to the amount of times a ticket can be transferred.
Once the ticket is in your mobile wallet it will be scanned by a reader – you will not see a barcode once the ticket is in your mobile wallet.
Once you are logged into your account, select your mobile ticket and click “Ticket Details” to see the individual ticket price.
You can transfer multiple games to the same person all at once. Visit our mobile ticket guide for instructions on bulk transferring.
You have most likely logged in using an email address that is not associated with your account. Try logging in with an alternative email address. If the issue still persists – please contact the Ticket Office.
Health & Safety Policies
The arena operations staff has worked diligently to provide a game-day experience that is both safe and enjoyable. While many game-day aspects will feel similar to fans’ previous trips to Spectrum Center, we will continue to provide enhanced cleaning, hand sanitizer stations, cashless transactions and mobile ticketing for fans.
Face masks are recommended for guests attending events at Spectrum Center.
For the safety of everyone involved, clear plastic dividers have been installed at locations where team members and guests interact, including security checkpoints at all entrances and checkout locations at concession stands and in the Hornets Fan Shop.
We ask any fans that are feeling sick on game day to take precaution and stay home.
All entry into the arena will be through mobile tickets.
We encourage fans to click through the verification process and add tickets to the user’s mobile wallet well in advance of Game Day.
Spectrum Center is undertaking enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures – based on CDC recommendations – throughout the facility. Some measures include: increasing concentration and frequency of deep-cleaning efforts in high-touch/high-traffic areas, using EPA-approved disinfectant, utilizing electrostatic sprayers and fogging technology within public areas on a daily basis and third-party evaluation of cleaning and disinfecting procedures by infection control specialists.
Spectrum Center has increased the number of touchless hand sanitizing stations throughout the arena, including all concession locations, elevators and entrances.
Spectrum Center has created a 100% cashless experience at all concession stands and retail locations in an effort to eliminate the numerous shared touch points through cash transactions. Reverse ATMs are located throughout the arena to convert cash to card if necessary.
Additional Arena Policies

Night two: 6:30 PM and 9:00 PM
The main entrance is the Trade Street Entrance. Ticket holders for the Club and Suite levels should enter through the Bank of America 5th Street Executive Entrance.
All guests entering Spectrum Center for an event are subject to screening, which may range from visual inspection and bag inspections to screenings by a metal detector or a pat-down search conducted by arena security personnel.
Spectrum Center is a smoke-free facility. The policy is highly enforced and prohibits the use of and/or bringing any smoking products such as cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, vape pens and pipes within the arena. If confiscated, arena staff will not be responsible for holding any smoking products or prohibited items.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
In an effort to reduce wait times upon entering the arena, Spectrum Center has a no bag policy, though exceptions will be made for purses smaller than 10”X10”X4”. We recommend not bringing a bag/purse as they will be required to go through an x-ray machine prior to entering, which leads to longer wait times.
ATMs are located outside sections 102, 111 and 201. In addition, as Spectrum Center is now a 100% cashless experience at all concession stands and retail locations, there are reverse ATM kiosks located in the Box Office lobby and outside sections 102 and 210 for guests to convert cash to a prepaid debit card that can be used anywhere inside or outside the arena.
Still photography using a camera lens of six inches or less is allowed. Audio and video recording is prohibited during most events at Spectrum Center.
There are several public elevators and escalators available for use. A public elevator is located in the Main Lobby at the Trade Street entrance. For ticket holders who enter through the Bank of America 5th Street Executive Entrance, there are elevators to the Event Level (for Hardwood Club and Crown Club ticket holders), Founders Level and Suite Level.
Escalators are located in the Main Lobby at the Trade Street entrance, as well as outside sections 104 and 115 for access to the Upper Level.
No outside food, beverages, coolers, bottles or cans may be brought into the arena. There are limited exceptions for guests with medical needs.
Jumpman Invitational attendees are encouraged to use public transportation, operated by Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS). This system includes buses, the LYNX light rail service and the CityLYNX streetcar line. Spectrum Center is located directly across Trade Street from the Charlotte Transportation Center, the main access point for bus services operated by CATS. charlottenc.gov/cats
