Health and Safety Policies

The stadium operations staff has worked diligently to provide a game-day experience that is both safe and enjoyable. While many game-day aspects will feel similar to fans’ previous trips to Bank of America Stadium, we will continue to provide enhanced cleaning, hand sanitizer stations, cashless transactions and mobile ticketing for fans.

Proof of vaccination is not required to attend games at Bank of America Stadium for ticket purchasers. During the ticket purchase process, all fans will be required to accept the event terms and conditions available here.

We ask any fans that are feeling sick on game day to take precaution and stay home.

Mobile Tickets

All entry into the stadium will be through mobile tickets. Click here to read in-depth instructions on accessing, transferring and selling your mobile tickets.

With a new login process from Ticketmaster in 2022, we encourage fans to click through the verification process and add tickets to the user’s mobile wallet well in advance of Game Day.

Enhanced Cleaning

The team will continue with many of the health and safety plans implemented during the pandemic — including cleaning of high-touch areas.

Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the stadium, including at entrances into the seating bowl.

Cashless Payments

All payments in the stadium, whether at concession stands, beverage stalls or the Team Store, are now cashless. Fans should be prepared to use credit/debit cards for all purchases or utilize the Panthers app.
